Pastor Raymond Tuck

Pastor Raymond (Ray) Tuck answered the call to serve International Word Fellowship Church on Father’s Day 1990. Pastor Tuck met his wife, Hermelinda (Melly) when she came to an evening service in 1994. They were married just over a year later on October 21, 1995. They have been to Mexico to visit family and minister in churches on several occasions. Pastor Ray believes it is the power of God that transforms lives and is dedicated to teaching people how to receive all that Heaven has to offer. Pastor Ray and Melly are committed to leading the church into a place of unity.

Pastor Richard Chinander

I am Pastor Richard Chinander, Pastor of outreach. I experienced a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ on October 8th 1977 and was baptized in the Holy Spirit in 1979. Since these experiences my life has never been the same. In 1980 I started my journey of knowing how to evangelize and the boldness to share Jesus with those around me having seen many people saved through the words of scripture that the Lord has taught me. In 1995 I realized that the Lord had gifted me in the prophetic both in the Rhema word and the Nuema, the new thing. God has given me a gift in ministering the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, with great results too numerous to count. Since the revelation of what God taught me about this important event I couldn’t recall one time that empowering wasn’t achieved.
My wife JoAnn and I attended the Austin Vineyard since 1988 and have been cell group leaders since 1989. We raised up several leaders not only in that church, but also in other churches. My wife, JoAnn and I have taught Kingdom principles for a solid marriage in our group, Kingdom Couples. We taught and have ministered Spiritual Warfare, seeing many people healed, but rejoice even more when someone gets free enough to fall in love with Jesus.
JoAnn and I have been to many conferences on Spiritual Warfare, Healing, the Prophetic, and attended the pastor’s conference in Toronto, Ontario Canada. I was also the prayer coordinator for Austin Vineyard and we have ministered at many conferences. I also was the Senior Pastor of Austin Vineyard from September 2003 until we merged with IWFC in January 2009.
I believe in body ministry for prayer as I believe this is the example that Jesus taught. We are all called to pray for those in need. I believe Worship, the Word, Prophesy, Prayer, seasoned with Unity are the most important things in the church, but they would not be complete without Evangelism. This is the tool Jesus gave us to grow the church when He released the Holy Spirit at Pentecost.
I believe that only the inerrant, infallible Word of God should be preached because that is where salvation, healing, deliverance, empowering, and growth comes. I believe that we are only mortal beings until the Holy Spirit empowers us, and He can only empower where the Word goes first.
We need to raise up leaders who are equipped to handle church growth with humility, but also with confidence that they can do all things through Christ Jesus that Strengthens [Philippians 4:13], knowing who we are in Jesus.
I believe in street ministry and the power of evangelism. I believe we need to hear what God’s plan is for us before we try other churches ideas of evangelism. God has a plan for us we must find it.

Pastor Daryl Steinbrink

Pastor Daryl Steinbrink was one of the founding members of IWFC in Austin, which started as a weekly bible study in his home nearly thirty years ago. He is currently the Associate Pastor and a member of the worship team.

Daryl and his wife Jeanne are graduates of the International School of the Bible, and is a licensed minister through International Word Fellowship based in Choteau, OK. Daryl serves as a board member. They are members of the IWFC leadership team in Austin, and they have been volunteer bible teachers at the Midwest Mission Bible Training Center (MMBTC) in Cresco, IA for nearly 12 years, teaching a weekly class for many years, and more recently a monthly class. MMBTC is a branch of Mission Teens; a Christ-centered, bible-based rehabilitation program with 15 centers nationwide.
